Getting started, you will first need to lubricate the mold. A solution for processing molds can be prepared by mixing 50 g of oil with 1.5 liters of water. Since the oil in the water does not dissolve, the mixture must be shaken before use.
The use of a lubricant will facilitate the process of extracting the finished tiles from the molds. Use molds for making tiles, while carefully handling them. can be repeated many times. Before turning on the mixer, the bowl should be rinsed with water. Then you can start mixing the luminescent substance with a plasticizer, this will require you to take a separate bowl.
The weight of the plasticizer should not exceed 0.5% of the total weight of the concrete mix in dry form, and the luminescent substance - more than 2%. Use plasticizer in a dry form is not recommended, it must first be dissolved in hot water. Pour the plasticizer gradually, stirring. To prepare the solution, take 1 liter of hot water per 200 g of powdered substance. In the same way, a solution of luminescent powder is prepared, 0.8 kg of dry matter will require 3 liters of hot water.
In order to save the tiles can be made two-layer, i.e. the lower part of it will pour out of the ordinary concrete solution, the upper part - from concrete with the addition of luminous additives. Then you can start mixing concrete. To obtain a quality mixture it is recommended to use for each 3 buckets of cement two buckets of water with a plasticizer and a phosphor dissolved in them in advance. Having obtained in the process of mixing in a concrete mixer a homogeneous mass, you can gradually add sand and screening to it. The mixture is then thoroughly mixed. Pour concrete into pre-lubricated forms.
They put them on the shaker and turn it on for 5 minutes, then take a break and repeat the switch-on. The process is continued until a white foam forms on the surface of the concrete. Its appearance is a sign that all the air from the concrete mass has been removed. Since after shaking the volume of concrete in the molds becomes smaller, they need to be supplemented and the vibrating table is turned on again.
After processing on the vibrating table, the tiles with the tiles are placed on a shelter, closed from the sun. Remove the finished tiles from the form will be in a day.
