How and why does the grass appear on the path
Grass is the same plant as all the others, only more viable. And it spreads at the expense of its own mature seeds, which, ripening, scatter over the earth, and, under more or less favorable conditions, sprout, and, reaching a fertile age (and in the case of grass it happens very quickly), successfully produce new weeds. The seeds of weed plants are very small and light, they are specially adapted to fly as far as possible, and so they successfully fall not only on the adjacent to the weed beds, but also on the garden paths.
In order to prevent the appearance of grass on the path, it is necessary to cut the vegetative layer of the soil in the process of planning it and transfer it to some other place. In any case, the garden path should in no case be spread over the fertile soil layer.
As for the question of how to remove grass on the site, only the hand weeding method, and sometimes mulching, is applicable on the beds. On the tracks, there is the possibility of using modern chemical means to control weeds. In any case, unequivocally, it is necessary to start fighting with grass even when it just emerged from under the earth. Otherwise it will be too late, and getting rid of it, perhaps, will never work.
How to remove grass from the path folk methods
In order not to meet with such a problem as grass on the garden path, of course, it is best to conduct its prevention in advance, not leading to the weeds completely hammering the entire path. The best folk method is the method of early weeding. That is, without triggering the problem, and not leading to weeds letting off powerful branched roots, from which it would be practically impossible to get rid of. Also, as the new grass appears, periodically weed. While weeds are small, it is easier to tear them up with roots more quickly.

How to remove grass from the path by chemical means
Throughout Europe, for many years now, chemical methods of controlling weeds have been used. For example, a chemical such as Raudap is used that helps the leaves and stems of weedy grass to burn and die (there is only a root in the chemical spilled ground).
Under no circumstances after the treatment of Roundup should you tear the grass or its foliage until it finally withers, otherwise it will not give the desired result. In any case, the use of Roundup should be remembered that the more leaves on weed plants, the more effective it will be on them. And if you first weed, and then process, the result will be minimal.
But we pour weeds around the Rundap and in about three to four days, sprinkling them with earth from above is not only possible, but also necessary. However, if you are only planning to bookmark the garden path, then wait at least twenty days to finally kill all the rhizomes of weed plants.
Roundup really gives an excellent result - it is tested by many gardeners on their own experience. If it is properly diluted and does not reduce the concentration, then all the vegetation on the path dies quickly. The preparation Raudap-Turbo, whose action is three times faster than the standard Roundup, is especially effective.
Use this chemical to solve a difficult issue, which is of concern to all gardeners, "how to get rid of grass forever" to eliminate weeds on paths, and this is definitely safe, because they do not grow cultural plants. You just have to observe simple precautions when working with chemicals: do not sniff or swallow, use rubber gloves and protective clothing with long sleeves, put a face mask on your face. Also, using a Roundup spray gun, you should monitor the direction of the wind and hold so that the wind blows from the person spraying the poison, not on it. It is best for such manipulations to choose a windless day without possible precipitation.
