Six Wiring Rules

The first rule is that the installation of the wiring is carried out entirely at once, and not in parts - this will create a lot of twists, joints and extensions, and, as you know, only one poor-quality connection and a general breakdown of the entire system is guaranteed. And also, the wiring from aluminum does not tolerate negligent handling - folds and other manipulations, and small cracks formed as a result of such mechanical damages, then still manifest themselves. Therefore, if you decided to mount the wiring partially, ignoring this main rule - you still can not escape the subsequent opening of the walls.

The second rule - do not rush to call the master. Before an electrician comes to your house, you need to prepare an accurate plan that includes all the outlets, switches, lamps, chandeliers, lamps and sconces. In addition, determine the dimensional electrical appliances - clearly mark the places where there will be a refrigerator, washing machine, boiler, dishwasher and other appliances that you will not be able to move in the future.

Following the third rule, it is necessary to calculate the energy consumption. To do this, it is enough to look carefully at the passports of electrical appliances and add to the sum indicators of the equipment that will be fed from one line. Distribute consumption better in such a way that one line holds a power of no more than 5 kW.

According to the fourth rule, do not save too much on laying the wiring. It seems to be sockets, boxes of branches, switches and wire holders - all these are trifles, but the worse the quality of these "trifles", the more dangerous it will be in your apartment. It is not necessary to spend all the savings on exclusive models of outlets or switches, which, moreover, usually do not cost the money they are asked for, but still buy all this hardware of good quality and from reliable hands is a fairly clever decision.

Rule five - a clear time for wiring. This means that you need to change the wiring already after the redevelopment, but before the beginning of any painting or plastering of the walls. Wiring is necessary in the tubes, they are of two types - corrugated and with a smooth surface. But, if you stop on the first option, you should be prepared to replace the wiring in the corrugated tube without opening the walls, it will be extremely difficult. Do not forget about the boxes of branching - in order that at any time you had access to the connections.

The sixth rule is take care of tomorrow. Prepare the soil for a very simple laying of the wiring for the time when the previous one will become already unfit. Aluminum wiring is ready to last for about 30 years, copper wire is a little more, but it's worth thinking about the fact that such a need for replacement can occur suddenly and much earlier than expected time, for example, in case of damage.
