When manufacturing panel-type doors of factory production, the following materials are used:

When assembling and manufacturing a panel door between racks and bars when strapping vertically and horizontally, it is necessary to install slats with a thickness of 20-25 mm, which ensure the rigidity of the structure. This will remove the internal stress in the wood.

For the manufacture and assembly of the panel door itself, you must adhere to certain rules.

The door leaf and the details of the frame, including the lining, must have a strict geometric shape, which ensures the necessary dimensional accuracy.

The recommended allowance of the liner assembly may not exceed 5 mm for each side. The door frame must be assembled taking into account not exceeding 8 mm of the nominal web dimensions. Obligatory compliance with the perpendicularity of the sides of the frame will ensure the correct assembly and installation. Facing details and elements must correspond to the dimensions of the web, ensuring manufacturability of the assembly.

The technological cycle of manufacturing doors in an industrial way consists of such operations:

Laying of aggregate and cladding.

Pressing of canvases.

Processing of canvasses around the perimeter.

Installation of locks and hinges.

Naturally, for all this process, especially the pressing of canvases, special expensive equipment is needed.

Exaggerated shield door, collected by hand, can be represented in the form of a sandwich: two shields with a filler inside. Therefore, initially determine the material of the door leaf shields. Initially we work with the first shield.

We place on a workbench or other equal surface a blank of a cloth of a door from DVP. On the canvas we place the pre-cut lengths of boards. It is necessary to prepare boards and bars to form a rectangular frame. Determine the upper and lower parts of the door, as well as the size of the possible glazing. On the workpiece we make markings for the handle and lock.

Now we place three cross-members: top, bottom and middleman. At this stage, it is necessary to observe the strict perpendicularity of joining the frame elements. We control strict observance of right angles. On the crossbars and boards at the intersections, we make a marking for the cutting of the connecting grooves and spikes. Mark the boards for the subsequent assembly process.

Further on the transverse boards we plan the connection points for the subsequent drilling of holes for the fasteners. Then remove the boards and produce cuts for grooving connections. In practice, this is a single- or double-spoke connection. Fit the joints using a chisel to the quality of the joint without protrusions.

We glue the shields and the stud joint plane in places of contact with the use of furniture or carpentry glue. To apply glue we use a flute brush.

After the application of the adhesive solution, we put all the details of the door in place and insert the self-tapping screws 20-25 mm long in the drilled holes. The length of the screws is chosen depending on the thickness of the shield. We check the perpendicularity of the corners and tighten the screws. Self-tapping screws should not be tightened tightly.

In the obtained frame of the door we place a filler.

We begin to work with the second shield. The upper part of the frame frame is smeared with glue mortar. From above we lay the prepared second shield and carefully join the faces. Then the resulting sandwich is pressed by a load or clamped into a clamp or press screw if there is a wipe.
